About this site
The site at klyvexa.co.uk explains Klyvexa, an AI automation business for the customer journey. The flagship product is the Lead Recovery Agent. Additional automations may include missed-call recovery, quote follow-up, appointment recovery, old-lead reactivation and review requests, agreed per business. Content is written to be accurate about what is shown here. The interactive demo is labelled as a product preview and is not a live production automation.
Paid services
Klyvexa provides AI automation services to businesses. Scope is agreed per customer. Completing a form, booking a call, or running the free audit does not switch a live automation on. A paid automation starts only after Klyvexa has configured the agreed work. This website does not promise particular results, response times, or service levels.
Payment
After scope is agreed, Lead Recovery payment is taken on Stripe's hosted checkout, linked from /get-started. That offer is £299 setup plus £199 per month. £498 is due on the first checkout, then £199 each month. Growth Automation (£499 setup + £349/month) and Custom Automation are agreed on a discovery call; this website does not take those payments and does not publish a Custom price. Payment is taken by LEADPILOT LIMITED. Klyvexa is the customer-facing brand. This website does not collect card details, store cards, or verify that a Stripe payment completed. Completing /onboarding does not prove payment and does not start a live automation. Billing questions should be sent to contact@klyvexa.co.uk. Cancellation of a monthly subscription is described below.
Cancellation
A business customer may cancel their monthly Klyvexa subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. The service continues through the period already paid for, unless otherwise agreed.
Fees already paid are not automatically refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by LEADPILOT LIMITED. Setup and configuration fees are not refundable once the relevant setup or configuration work has begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by LEADPILOT LIMITED.
To cancel, contact contact@klyvexa.co.uk. This website does not cancel a subscription by itself.
Paid customer onboarding
After a customer has agreed to buy, they may complete a Business DNA form at /onboarding. That form collects operational configuration for the agreed automations, including Lead Recovery as flagship. In production, submissions are emailed to Klyvexa via Resend and are not stored in Neon. This website does not collect card details, connect live calendars or inboxes, or ask for passwords or API keys. Submitting the form does not switch the automation on. Account connections, when needed, happen separately through secure authorisation.
Free AI automation audit
The audit at /ai-audit is a questionnaire and report. It is not a contract, a live automation, or a promise of results. Audit records are stored in Neon. Klyvexa is notified by email via Resend, and may email the report if you ask. Submitting the audit does not switch any automation on and does not create a paid engagement.
The product preview
The preview may illustrate stages such as enquiry receipt, missing information, qualification and a recommended next action. It does not send messages, check diaries, create bookings, or apply a live customer's rules. Output from the preview should not be relied on as operational advice.
Accuracy
We aim not to invent customers, results, reviews, certifications or availability. If something on the site depends on a capability that is not connected yet, the copy is intended to say so. Please contact contact@klyvexa.co.uk if something appears overstated.
Acceptable use
Use this website, the preview and the free audit for legitimate business enquiry. Use the preview with sample text. Do not attempt to overload the site, probe for hidden services, or submit information you would not want processed in a demonstration.
Liability
The website, product preview and free audit are informational. Paid work is provided as agreed for that engagement. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of leads recovered, revenue, or any other outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
