What this website currently does
This is the live Klyvexa website, hosted by Vercel. The interactive demo is a product preview that runs on the website itself. It is not connected to a live automation platform from the browser.
Talk and discovery-call buttons open Klyvexa's Google Calendar appointment page in a new tab. Email is available at contact@klyvexa.co.uk, using Google Workspace. The contact form is not stored on a Klyvexa server. Pressing Enter in that form still opens your email app via a mailto link.
After agreeing on a call, customers may pay on Stripe's hosted checkout, linked from /get-started. Payment is taken by LEADPILOT LIMITED. Klyvexa is the customer-facing brand. Card details are entered on Stripe, not on this website. This site does not receive a Stripe webhook, so it cannot automatically confirm that a payment completed.
Paid customers may complete a Business DNA form at /onboarding after agreeing to buy. Opening that form does not prove payment. The form collects operational business details to configure the agreed automations, including Lead Recovery as flagship. In production, submissions are emailed to Klyvexa via Resend and are not stored in Neon. It does not connect n8n, Google Calendar or Gmail from the browser. Do not enter passwords, API keys, or login credentials on that form. Account connections happen separately through secure authorisation when they are required.
The Free AI Automation Audit at /ai-audit collects business contact details and questionnaire answers. That information is stored in Neon so Klyvexa can generate the audit, show the private report, and respond to the enquiry. It may also be used for Klyvexa sales follow-up. When an audit is saved, Klyvexa is notified by email via Resend. If you ask to receive the report by email, Resend is also used to send that message. If a website URL is provided, this application may try to read the public homepage. Private or internal addresses are not fetched. Completing the audit does not start a paid engagement.
Information you may send
If you email contact@klyvexa.co.uk, you choose what to include. Typical messages may contain a name, business name and a description of an operational problem. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other credentials by email or through ordinary website forms. The paid onboarding form asks for business configuration, not account passwords or API keys. The free audit asks for business contact details and how work is currently handled.
How we use personal data
We use the information described above to operate this website, provide the AI Audit, receive Business DNA for paid configuration, take payment through Stripe, arrange discovery calls, reply to enquiries, and administer a paid engagement once one exists. We do not sell personal data.
Providers
Relevant service providers process personal data on our behalf for the functions they provide:
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Neon stores AI Audit records.
- Resend sends transactional email, including audit notifications, requested audit reports, and Business DNA submissions.
- Stripe processes Lead Recovery payments on hosted checkout.
- Google provides Workspace email for contact@klyvexa.co.uk and the Calendar booking page used for discovery calls.
A live paid automation, once configured for a customer, is a separate engagement. Additional tools used for that work are agreed with the customer and are not implied by this website alone.
How long we keep personal data
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for contractual and service administration, for handling disputes, and for applicable legal and accounting obligations. We have not published a fixed retention period on this page.
Cookies, logs and browser storage
This version of the site is not connected to a third-party analytics product. Vercel may process technical logs needed to operate the website. An in-progress AI Audit or Business DNA form may remain in your browser until you submit it or clear site data.
The product preview
Sample enquiries typed into the preview are processed by this application so the interface can be demonstrated. They are not used as testimonials, stored as customer records, or treated as live leads. Do not enter real personal data that you would not want processed in a demonstration.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give individuals rights in relation to personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection, depending on the circumstances. This page does not claim a certification or a completed compliance programme. Contact contact@klyvexa.co.uk if you have a privacy request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) where that right applies.
Changes
We will update this page if the website, providers, or the way we handle personal data changes in a way that this policy should describe.
